A quick and easy twist on the classic S’mores, these roll-ups are filled with chocolate and marshmallows, then toasted to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 chocolate bars, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare your work surface by laying a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Fill with chocolate bars and mini marshmallows in the center of the tortilla.
  3. Roll it up tightly, folding in the sides to seal the ingredients inside.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
  5. Sauté the roll-up seam side down until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Garnish and serve by removing from skillet and sprinkling with graham cracker crumbs.

Notes

Ensure your skillet is well-greased to avoid sticking. Add mix-ins like peanut butter or banana slices for extra flavor!
