Mini versions of the classic McGriddle sandwich, packed with flavor and perfect for breakfast gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Butter or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the pancake mix with water until smooth.
  2. Stir in maple syrup, crumbled sausage, and shredded cheese.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease it with butter or oil.
  4. Pour small amounts of the batter onto the skillet to form bite-sized pancakes.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with extra maple syrup for dipping.
