  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together maple syrup, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the bacon-wrapped chicken on all sides until crispy.
  5. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and pour the maple garlic mixture over it.
  6. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.

Notes
