A vibrant and creamy pasta dish infused with Caribbean flavors, featuring bell peppers and jerk seasoning.

  • 1 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Chop the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
  2. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, boil water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain the pasta and set aside.
