  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Creaming together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Add the dry mixture into the creamed butter mixture until fully combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
  9. Prepare the frosting by mixing marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar until well combined.
  10. Spread a generous layer of frosting on each cooled cookie and drizzle melted chocolate on top.
