Delightfully chewy cookies inspired by nostalgic Hostess Cupcakes, filled with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, topped with marshmallow frosting and chocolate ganache.

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow frosting
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Combine the chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips gently.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  6. Cool completely on the baking sheet.
  7. Spread marshmallow frosting on top of each cookie and drizzle with chocolate ganache.
