  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Create the Marinade: In a bowl, mix honey and lime juice. Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to absorb.
  2. Grill the Chicken: Heat your grill or pan over medium-high heat and place the marinated chicken breasts on it. Cook until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
