  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the honey, low-sodium soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the salmon fillets in the bowl for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
