Delightful homemade pizza pockets filled with melted cheese and savory toppings, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Oregano for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into circles.
  3. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your choice of toppings on one half of each circle.
  4. Fold the dough over and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
