Delicious breakfast hot pockets filled with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheese, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 package of pastry dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the pastry dough by rolling it out and cutting it into rectangles.
  3. Mix the scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Assemble the hot pockets by placing the filling on half of each rectangle.
  5. Seal the dough by folding over the other half and pressing the edges.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
