Delightful Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are cheesy bites wrapped in buttery biscuit dough—a perfect comfort food for any occasion.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the biscuit dough package.
  2. Sauté the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into the browned beef.
  4. Allow the beef mixture to cool slightly, then mix in the cheddar cheese.
  5. Separate the biscuit dough into rounds.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each round, then pinch the dough to seal.
  7. Arrange the stuffed bombs on a baking sheet.
  8. Combine melted butter and Parmesan cheese, then brush on top of each bomb.
  9. Bake according to biscuit package instructions until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm.
