A delightful and comforting dish of bowtie pasta tossed with garlic butter and tender chicken, ready in under 30 minutes.

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, letting it reduce slightly.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently with a splash of chicken broth.
