  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture.
