A comforting one-pan meal featuring honey garlic kielbasa and vibrant mixed vegetables, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Mix together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl to create the sauce.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the kielbasa and veggies, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
