  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about a quarter of an inch thick.
  3. Spread a generous layer of marinara sauce over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log from one edge.
  6. Slice the rolled dough into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch wide.
  7. Melt butter in a small saucepan and add minced garlic, letting it sizzle until fragrant.
  8. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the sliced pizza rolls.
  9. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the rolls.
  10. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
