Celebrate Easter with these delightful and chewy Easter M&M Blondies, filled with vibrant candies and creamy white chocolate.

  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (sifted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Easter M&Ms (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl. Stir until smooth, then add in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. Sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Slowly incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in the Easter M&Ms and white chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and sprinkle extra M&Ms on top. Bake for 22-25 minutes.
  6. Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

These blondies can be served with vanilla ice cream or drizzled with chocolate sauce. They can be stored in an airtight container for 3-5 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
