  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken by patting the breasts dry and seasoning both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Sear the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  6. Sauté the green beans in a small pot until tender and vibrant green, about 5-7 minutes.
