1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Cook the penne pasta by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain the pasta and set it aside while we prepare the creamy sauce.
Heat the skillet by drizzling olive oil in a large skillet and heating it over medium-high heat for that perfect sear on the steak.
