  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, reduce heat to low, and simmer until the sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
