Deliciously crispy chicken tenders coated in a creamy mixture of mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and spices, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the mayonnaise mixture, then coat with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Lightly spray or drizzle some oil over the tenders.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For an even crispier texture, add crushed cornflakes or panko to the breadcrumb mix. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge.
