  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Cream cheese frosting (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Flatten the bread by gently rolling each slice with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the flattened bread slices.
  4. Roll up each slice tightly to create logs of cinnamon goodness.
  5. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  6. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
