  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine pecan halves, granulated sugar, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix until well-distributed.
  4. Spread the pecans in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet.
