A delightful twist on the classic Caesar salad, these Chicken Caesar Sandwiches are packed with flavor and perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Grill or cook the chicken until it’s fully cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Once done, let it rest briefly and then slice it nicely.
  2. Take the beautiful slices of bread and toast them until they’re golden and crisp.
  3. In a bowl, combine the warm, sliced chicken with the Caesar dressing.
  4. Lay some romaine lettuce on the toasted bread. Then, generously add the Caesar chicken mixture on top and finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cap off your masterpiece with another slice of toasted bread. Cut in half for easy handling, and serve immediately.
