A delightful blend of creamy pasta and cheesy goodness in a sandwich, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 4 soft sandwich buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken and sauce in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until heated through and well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Toast the sandwich buns until golden brown (optional).
  3. Pile the chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each bun.
  4. Add a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley for extra flavor (optional).
  6. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the top halves on and serve immediately.

Notes

Great served with sweet potato fries or a light salad. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
