  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup tater tots
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Bake the tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.
  3. Mix together the mashed potatoes and shredded cheddar cheese, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Assemble the burritos by placing the cheesy mixture in the center of each tortilla, adding crispy tater tots on top.
