A rich and indulgent dessert featuring a fudgy brownie base, creamy cheesecake filling, and delightful caramel swirls.

  • 1 package brownie mix (additional ingredients as directed)
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • Whipped cream (for serving)
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Follow the instructions on the brownie mix package and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  3. Allow the brownie base to cool completely.
  4. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C). In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the vanilla extract, eggs, sour cream, and heavy cream to the mixture and blend until smooth.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie base, drizzling half of the caramel sauce on top and swirling it into the batter.
  7. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the center is set with a slight jiggle.
  8. Cool the cheesecake in the oven to prevent cracking, then chill it for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Garnish with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or freeze individual slices for a month.
