Crispy buffalo chicken mozzarella sticks filled with spicy, melty goodness, perfect for game days or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (or cooking spray for baking)
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, sauce, and cheese in a mixing bowl.
  2. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Shape portions of the mixture into sticks.
  4. Coat each stick in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a pan or preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Cook the sticks until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side if frying, or 15-20 minutes if baking.
  7. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

Ensure chicken is shredded finely for better texture. Consider adding jalapeños for extra spice.
