Delicious blondies made with juicy blueberries and creamy white chocolate, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, washed and drained
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal and cleanup.
  2. Whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the fresh blueberries and white chocolate chips carefully.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow the blondies to cool before cutting into squares for serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. They can also be refrigerated for up to a week or frozen for up to 3 months.
