Blueberry Monkey Bread

A delightful and simple blueberry monkey bread that combines soft, pillowy dough with tart blueberries and a sweet glaze.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups biscuit dough (pre-made or homemade)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Cut the biscuit dough into small pieces and toss with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Layer half of the dough pieces in the bottom of the Bundt pan, followed by half of the blueberries.
  4. Add the remaining dough pieces over the blueberries, topped with the remaining blueberries.
  5. Pour melted butter over the top of the Bundt pan.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool the monkey bread in the pan for about 10 minutes.
  8. Mix powdered sugar and milk to prepare the glaze.

Notes

Use frozen blueberries without thawing to prevent too much color bleeding. Adjust the recipe for other seasonal fruits if desired.
