  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Stir in the Biscoff spread and mix until well blended.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, adding vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
