Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas until well combined.
  4. Mix in the baking soda and salt, ensuring everything is well incorporated.
  5. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until everything melds together beautifully.
  6. Gently mix in the flour until just combined.
