Comforting beef-stuffed pasta shells filled with creamy ricotta, marinara, and topped with melted cheese, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 12 pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet with olive oil, seasoning, until browned.
  4. Mix the cooked beef, ricotta, and half of the mozzarella in a bowl.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the beef and ricotta mixture.
  6. Prepare a baking dish by spreading half of the marinara sauce on the bottom.
  7. Assemble the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
  8. Add the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Pair with a green salad and garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
