Crispy chicken thighs coated in a sweet and spicy honey hot sauce glaze, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the honey and hot sauce in a bowl.
  3. Combine breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  4. Place flour in one dish and whisk eggs until smooth in another.
  5. Dredge each chicken thigh in flour, dip in the egg mixture, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Arrange the coated chicken on a baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Drizzle the honey and hot sauce mixture over the chicken before serving.

Notes

Make sure the chicken is patted dry before dredging for better coating. Adjust hot sauce to your desired heat level.
