Delightful bites combining savory beef, gooey cheese, and crispy bacon wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Prepare the biscuit dough by separating it into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra flavor, add diced onions or pickles to the beef mixture. You can also swap the cheddar cheese for pepper jack for a kick.
