Ingredients

  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh arugula (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally and lay them on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the softened goat cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  4. Layer the thinly sliced apples on top of the goat cheese.
  5. Drizzle honey over the apples and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add fresh arugula on top, if desired.
  7. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the top half of the croissants over the fillings.
