Delicious bite-sized pizza bombs filled with pepperoni and cheese, perfect for sharing or indulging on your own.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional, for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured countertop and cut into 3-inch squares.
  3. Fill each square with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Seal the edges of the dough by pinching them closed.
  5. Arrange the bombs seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite ingredients. These pizza bombs can also be prepared ahead of time and stored unbaked in the fridge.
